What we publish
Original educational frameworks, clearly labeled hypothetical calculations, practical checklists, and source-led research. We favor complete answers to focused questions over repetitive pages written to fill a keyword list.
Facts, assumptions, and examples
We distinguish verified facts from estimates and scenarios. Numerical examples are hypothetical unless explicitly documented otherwise. No photograph implies that the academy completed a transaction at the pictured property. We do not invent performance, earnings, students, testimonials, readership, or certifications.
Publication dates and the historical archive
New work carries its actual publication date. Historical coverage is a separate field. A recovered article keeps its original date only when the source supports it. Substantive updates receive an update date; administrative changes do not manufacture a new original publication date.
Sources and professional review
We prefer primary sources for changeable claims and identify reference dates. Broad educational explanations are not transaction-specific legal, tax, lending, or investment advice. Articles whose central subject requires legal or compliance review remain in the protected editorial queue until that review is recorded.
Course relationships
Free articles include the formulas and cautions readers need to understand the subject. Course information describes existing development tracks accurately. An unfinished course is not presented as available for enrollment.
Corrections and review
The editorial workspace records sources, status, reviewer, approval, publication timestamp, and next review date. Corrections should be supported by source evidence. Obsolete work can be archived rather than kept live merely to preserve a count.
Library scope and depth
The library contains 33 published guides across nine collections, including sourced historical research covering 2024, 2025, and 2026. Each published guide contains at least 1,500 prose words at this editorial release. Nine collection handbooks explain the broader subjects, connect the guides, and provide practical exercises and FAQs.
The editorial registry holds 81 records. The separately referenced original eighty-title commission was not supplied; working titles were developed from the source brief. Remaining unpublished ideas and legally sensitive drafts are clearly separated from the published library. No claim is made that every planned title or proprietary course package is complete.
Photography
Each collection has its own custom AI-generated editorial illustration, labeled on the collection page. Each published guide has a distinct photograph sourced from Unsplash under its free image license, with photographer attribution and a source link. Images illustrate concepts and property types; they do not depict actual academy projects, historical-period evidence, clients, or transactions. Original artwork, prompts, image sources, and optimized variants are retained with the website source.
