Interest registration
If you choose to register, this site stores your email address, selected topic, consent timestamp, and registration state. Email delivery is not currently connected. Registering does not send a confirmation message or enroll you in a paid product. No approved external email provider has been configured.
Saved guides and calculations
Your color-theme choice, saved-guide IDs, and the optional metrics preference are kept in this browser’s local storage. They do not synchronize between devices. Calculator inputs run in your browser and are not uploaded; scenario exports are created locally.
Course workbooks and progress
When signed in, course responses, quiz selections, mastery checks, and self-study completion records are stored under your account identity in the site database. They are available only to that account through the learning endpoint. An unsigned local preview keeps these records in browser storage instead. Do not enter seller details, private property records, account numbers, or other sensitive information in a practice response. Workbooks can be exported locally as Markdown. Course completion is a self-study record, not a professional credential.
Optional measurement
Optional reading metrics record event type, article path, and timestamp, without an email or visitor ID. A reading event is sent after thirty seconds on an article only when you enable measurement below. Interest registrations also create an aggregate operational signup event. No checkout is active, and no purchase conversions are claimed.
Editorial access
Drafts, subscriber exports, and editorial actions require a signed-in ChatGPT identity authorized as the editor. Sign-in is provided by the hosting platform. Public article responses do not include unpublished article bodies.
Retention and requests
Registration records are retained while preparing the publication. You can request deletion or correction from the publication owner. The editor can inspect and export stored registration records in the protected workspace. A self-service email-unsubscribe flow will be required before outbound delivery is activated.
Educational limitations
This site provides general education for a U.S. audience. It does not establish a professional-client relationship. Laws, loan terms, tax treatment, property conditions, and market data depend on facts and time. Verify sources and seek appropriate qualified advice before a transaction. All financial examples and tool defaults are hypothetical.
